How do you see the future of Export Leftovers?
Pretty Bright I must say. I love working at ELO. I was with Mr. Umar when he started the venture back in 2013. I have seen the early days of the company/ the pure start up feel. The late nights, the panic attacks and big mugs of coffee to keep us awake while working 20 hour days.
I see ELO becoming the number 1 store in Pakistan. Not only in quality and prices but also in total sales. And to achieve this goal, we need to work on our customer support. My mission for the next couple of years is to provide the best customer support services in Pakistan. And by that I mean even better standards than Serena Hotels and McDonalds.

You need to address some minor issues in your customer support. for example… i wanted to cancel 1 item from my order and i got robotic replies of “sorry we cannot do so because of no editing option.”
i had to cancel the whole order which was kind of funny in a mean way.
i think computers need to be under the control of humans. it shouldn’t be the other way round. you should add the human factor in your system so your customers don’t get the feeling of being dealt with by machines.
