How did you come to join the factory?

I am from the nearby village of Satiana. As you all might know, there are very few job opportunities outside of agriculture in Villages across Pakistan. I wanted to break the cycle and work outside my family farm. 7 months ago, I found out the factory has a free pick & drop service for its Satiana Based employees. I applied for the job, I got the job and since then there is no turning back!!
