What is your most memorable moment at the factory?

Without a doubt, when I was awarded  for my performance at the factory.

I felt very proud when the C.E.O of the company presented me with the award. His speech acknowledging my hard work and passion to serve the factory has motivated me more than anything else. Ever since accepting the award, I have become more dedicated and determined towards my work.
